Trip to Les 23rd November 2008

At the 23rd of November Dana and I did a trip to Les. Les is a small village in the north of Spain, directly after the border to France. Why we went there? Some Colleagues gave us a tip, bit I think they thought that we only want to know another place where we can by cigarettes and alcohol for less money. More you cannot do there. I was a bit frustrated, but the trip was really nice. It was so much fun to get to know more of our surrounding. Sadly we didn't had good weather. It was raining the hole day like you can see at the photos. But we didn't mind and had fun. When we came to Les, we thought "What's that?". So we drove to the next village called Bossòt. That village is a bit nicer and so we had lunch there and a little walk around. Lunch was really funny. The had all the small pieces of food at the bar and they all had little pieces of wood in it. At the and you collect your "wood-pieces" and at the cash you pay per piece. Every "wood-piece" had a special length and that says something about the price. But originally we wanted to go to Les, so we went back there and had a little walk there, too. I think it would be a nice piece of earth, but there are so many vacant houses and flats that it almost seemed like a dead village with a gas station and a huge supermarket. At the end the trip was not that long that day and we were happy to be back in the hotel. That was good like it was, because the next day we had to get up a 5am / 5:30am (like every day ;-( )...
